Effect of 6 week training program on cholestrol level sedentary menopausal women

Abstract:
Dyslipidemia is the risk of cardiovascular disease, and the serum cholesterol level can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Exercise not only has positive effect on individual with higher cholesterol level but can also help improve lipid profile. This review provides information on the effect of exercise training on both LDL, HDL. The mechanisms of exercise cholesterol in briefly described.
