This study aims to determine the range of movement in badminton games, measured by distance. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The study population was athletes competing in the 2023 Series Level 100-1000 championship. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 12 documentary videos of Indonesian women's singles. Data collection was conducted by observing YouTube videos of the 2023 Series Level 100-1000 championship and then entering them into a table based on the desired game movement distance during the match using the Kinovea application version 0.9.5. Data analysis used qualitative analysis techniques, namely: reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the average distance of movement in the cover area in a single match at the 2023 Series Level 100-1000 championship was 704.17 meters. Therefore, it is recommended that coaches provide training according to the characteristics of badminton, which can be seen from the distance of movement that occurs during the game.
