Effectiveness of Flashfit Itrack and Iwall - based neuro-motor training on reaction time and agility in college Kabaddi players

Abstract:
Background: Open-skill sports like kabaddi require quick responses to unpredictable situations, making agility and reaction time crucial. FlashFit ITrack and IWall are sensor-based devices that combine physical and cognitive training. Methodology: A pre-post single-group study was conducted on 20 male college kabaddi players (age: 19.5±1.2 years) at KG College of Physiotherapy. Participants underwent 45-minute sessions, three times a week for four weeks, using ITrack (agility) and IWall (reaction time). Data were analyzed using paired t-tests. Results: Significant improvements were observed in all variables. IWall results showed increased total responses and faster reaction times. ITrack data indicated enhanced agility.
