Author(s): Lovedeep Singh and Gurjit Singh
Abstract:The purpose of this study was to study of Impulsiveness between Hockey and Wrestling players. The study involved 28 male participants. They are then divided into two categories: Hockey players (N
1=14) and Wrestling players (N
2=14). The study's purpose was communicated to all participants. The investigator has used the Impulsiveness scale by S.N. Rai and Alka Sharma to measure the level of Impulsiveness of subjects. The investigators selected their subjects using a purposeful selection strategy. This approach has a low level of accuracy because it focusses on the most accessible themes. Furthermore, it is the most cost-effective option for the researcher in terms of time, effort, and money. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for all analyses. To find out the differences of level of Impulsiveness between Hockey and Wrestling Players Unpaired t-test was used. The Level of significance was set at 0.05. The absolute value of the calculated t is smaller than critical value (0.9196<2.056), so the means are not significantly different.
