Scientific knowledge of football among physical education teachers in Babylon Governorate

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of scientific understanding of football among Babylon Governorate physical education instructors. The descriptive method was employed by the researcher using the sensory approach (which seeks to collect data from members of the community and attempt to determine the current state of the community using a flexible variable). It is a case study of a specific portion or percentage of the original community, numbering (167) teachers. This then concludes with the generalization of the results to the community. The research sample consists of physical education instructors at the Babylon Education Directorate/Hashimiyah Education Department. Among the researcher's most significant findings is that: Scientific knowledge is an important condition for acquiring information. The greater the amount of knowledge and information teachers possess, the better their understanding and teaching will be. Among the most crucial suggestions made by the researchers is that Emphasize the scientific knowledge of football physical education teachers, and instruct physical education teachers to make efforts to raise their level of scientific knowledge.
