Effect of hypopressive exercise programme on dynamic neuromuscular control in semiprofessional gymnast

Abstract:
Objectivesrnof the studyrn2.       rnTo study the effect of hypopressive exercisernprogramme on lower extremity balance.rnResult: Post intervention, it wasrnseen that there was extremely significant improvement in Y-Balance Test andrnUpper Quarter Y-Balance Test, for players of Group A but not in Group B.rnHowever, Group B showed significant result. The grouprncomparison showed a significant difference between group A and B, but group Arnshowed a more significant p-value of < 0.0001.rnConclusion: This study concludes thatrnthere is significant improvement in Y-Balance Test and Upper Quarter Y-BalancernTest after implication of 4 weeks of hypopressive exercise programme along withrnisometric exercise programme in semi-professional gymnast.
