The impact of traditional training with FIFA 11+ program on strength balance and agility of college-level football players

Abstract:This study examines the effects of combiningrntraditional football training with the FIFA 11+ program on strength, agility,rnand balance in college-level players. A structured training intervention willrnbe conducted, assessing performance improvements through standardized tests.rnThe findings may help optimize training strategies to enhance athleticrnperformance and injury prevention. The purpose of the study was to find out thernimpact of Traditional training with FIFA 11+ program on strength, balance andrnagility of college-level football players. To achieve this purpose
45rnfootball players are selected from Faculty of General & Adapted PhysicalrnEducation and Yoga, Coimbatore. The subject age ranged from 18 to 25 years. Thernselected subjects were equally divided into three groups experimental group Irn(N=15) experimental group II (N=15) and control group (N=15). The experimentalrngroup I were traditional trained with FIFA 11+ program and experimental grouprnII were traditionally trained. Both experimental groups have undergone theirrnrespective interventions, for 5 days in a week, for the period of 6 weeks andrneach training session is last for one hour in the evening from 4.00pm torn5.00pm. The tests were conducted on Dependent variables and data were collectedrnbefore and after the training period. The collected pre-test and post-test datarnwas statistically analyzed by ‘ANCOVA’. If obtain ‘F’ ratio is significantrnScheffe’s post hoc test was used. The level of significant is 0.05.
