Abstract:This research aims to develop PJOK learning media using TikTok to enhance students' understanding of swimming techniques. Guided by the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), the development process involved validation by media and content experts, and field testing with 94 high school students. The final product achieved high feasibility ratings from media (89%), content (81%), teachers (90.5%), and students (91.8%). Effectiveness was confirmed via pretest-posttest analysis, with a significant increase in learning outcomes (
p< 0.05). This study suggests TikTok-based media is both feasible and effective in facilitating swimming instruction in PJOK courses.
