Abstract: Traditional Filipino games serve as vital expressions of cultural heritage and identity. However, the lack of structured documentation places these intangible cultural assets at risk. This study proposes a three-stage framework: Data Collection, Information Compilation, and Validation and Review for systematically documenting traditional games, with a focus on the Bol-anon played games. Drawing on previous research and cultural preservation efforts, the framework ensures comprehensive recording of gameplay mechanics, historical context, and regional adaptations. This model offers practical guidance for educational and cultural institutions and lays the groundwork for future research on the educational and psychological value of traditional games in community contexts.
