Abstract:
The objective of this research is to determine the level of motivational performance of Jogja Istimewa Football athletes in the 2022 soeratin cup age 17 years. It is also to figure out the level of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of Jogja Istimewa Football athlete. The type of this research was a descriptive study. The research method was a survey. The data collection technique used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The research subjects were football athlete from Jogja Istimewa Football in the 2022 Soeratin Cup age 17, totaling 27 athletes. The data analysis technique used percentages analysis. The results of the research show that the performance of motivation special Jogja Istimewa Football in the athletes 2022 soeratin cup 17 years of age are mostly in the medium level with a percentage of 40.74%, in the low level at 29.63%, in the high level at 11.11%, in the very high level at 14.81% and in the very low level at 3.70%. The result concludes that the motivational performance of Jogja Istimewa Football athletes in the 2022 soeratin cup age 17 years is in medium level.
