Abstract:
This study explores the impact of yoga and meditation on mental and physical health through qualitative research. Using in-depth interviews and thematic analysis, this research highlights the experiences of individuals who practice yoga and meditation regularly. The findings reveal significant improvements in stress management, emotional well-being, physical flexibility, and overall health. These insights contribute to the growing body of knowledge on holistic health practices.
