Combined effect of feldenkrais method and alexander technique on mobility and balance among elderly individuals: A case report

Abstract:Objective: The objective of the study is to find the combined effect of Feldenkrais method and Alexander technique on mobility and balance in an elderly person.
Results: The study showed significant improvements in ETUG and FAB scores, indicating the effectiveness of the Feldenkrais method and Alexander technique in enhancing mobility and balance in an elderly person. The ETUG score has decreased from 13 seconds to 9 seconds and the FAB score has increased from 23 points to 26 points.
Conclusion: The findings of this study concluded that combined effect of Feldenkrais method and Alexander technique showed good improvement in mobility and balance in an elderly person.
