Abstract:
Talent identification in volleyball is a systematic process used to recognize potential athletes who possess the physical, physiological, psychological, and technical attributes required for elite performance. The objective of this study is to analyze the key determinants of volleyball talent identification and their implications for athlete development. The study focuses on assessing anthropometric, motor, skill-based, and psychological characteristics as predictors of potential performance in volleyball players.
