Abstract:
The study aimed to analyse selected psychomotor variables on individuals with various sports Disabilities. To achieve this purpose, the selected subjects were a total of Sixty Disabilities. The subjects were selected from three groups (Sitting Volleyball Player (SVP), Wheelchair Basketball Player (WBBP), and Wheelchair Cricket Player (WCP)). Each group has 20 Wheelchair sports disabilities. The subjects were selected based on the various Sports. The ages of the subjects ranged from 28 to 33 years. The subjects were only for Disabilities the following criterion variables were selected seated push-ups and a psychology questionnaire. The collected data where the one-way ANOVA was used when the variable was found to be significant at a 0.05 level, to find out the source for such a significant mean difference as the Schaffer post hoc test was applied. The descriptive measures on seated push-ups mean and standard deviation of the subjects of terms 29.50, 4.49 (SVP), 34.10, 5.19 (WBBP), and 32.85, 0.81 (WCP), mental preparation mean and standard deviation of the subjects of terms 21.65, 5.22 (SVP), 21.05, 4.63 (WBBP), and 21.70, 7.52 (WCP) of individuals with varied sports Disabilities. The seated push-ups ‘f’ value was (7.12) and the mental preparation ‘f’ value was 0.80. The obtained f-value (4.00) is statically significant at a 0.05 level of significance, which requires (4.00) for the degree of freedom 2 and 57. Here the observed seated push-up ‘f’ value (7.12) was found to be statically significant, mental preparation ‘f’ value of was 0.80 found to be not significant. From the result, a significant mean difference was observed among the individuals with varied sports Disabilities on seated push-ups and mental preparation. There was a significant difference in seated push-ups between SVP and WBBP, SVP and WCP. The subject of WBBP and WCP was not significant. Regarding seated push-ups WCP is better than the SVP and WBBP. There was no significant difference in mental preparation in the subjects of SVP, WBBP, and WCP.
