Importance of physical education to control mental stress

Abstract:As we all know that the physical education has its own prime importance in day to day life for proper health and mental piece. The relation between mental as well as physical health is directly proportional to the various physical activities. In now a days physical and mental health is on the spot light. Because there was a lack of time and that why people did not goes for any type of work out or any type physical activities. In this paper I have focusing on the different physical activities which has been helpful to the physical and mental health. The mental health is such that anxiety, stress, depression, pre menstrual syndrome, etc. For mental health it is compulsory to address the physical education in our curriculum activities.
