Abstract:This study aims to determine how rotation lower passing training has an impact on increasing the lower passing ability and endurance of male volleyball athletes aged 13-16 years. This study was conducted using a quasi-experimental method and designed a pre-test and post-test for the control group. The study was conducted at Popsivo-Bhayangkara volleyball club, which consists of 90 athletes. The sample used 30 male athletes who are proficient in playing volleyball, especially lower passing, taken using purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique in which the sample is selected based on certain features, traits, or characteristics. In this study, the Braddy volleyball test was used to collect data on the increase in lower passing and endurance tests. The data analysis technique used the t test, namely by comparing the mean pre-test and post-test with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of the study obtained t count 8.634 > t-table 2.048, and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05, these results indicate there is a significant effect with a percentage increase in lower passing of 12.61%. While the results of increasing endurance obtained t count 3,231 > t-table 2,048, and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05, these results indicate there is a significant effect with a percentage increase in endurance of 16.11%. The conclusion of the study is that there is a significant effect of rotational paired lower passing training on the aerobic endurance of 13-16 year old male volleyball athletes.
