Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to determine the comparison of training at night and in the morning on the aerobic endurance of PSHT martial arts students. Using a quantitative experimental approach with a 3x2 factorial design. Population 40 active members of PSHT with purposive sampling technique and MSOP method. Training instruments continue training, interval training, & circuit training. The test uses the Multi Fitness Test (MFT). Hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test. The experimental results showed that there was an effect of the treatment given to both groups of male and female respondents on increasing endurance. The paired sample t-test results showed a sig value. 0.00 < 0.05 which indicates a significant effect of the results of the treatment that has been given. The results obtained indicate a difference between before and after treatment, the exercise program given for 16 meetings has an increasing impact on each exercise group. The conclusion from the results of the hypothesis is that training experiments in the morning and evening with a focus on aerobic endurance training in male and female students have the same increasing impact.
