The primary mechanisms behind swimming
Author(s): Deepak Mehta and Risha Singha
Abstract:Swimming is one of the oldest sporting disciplines in the world, subjectively as old as the existence of animals. Or if we talk about humans, it is just as similar to the age of apes—a naturally occurring thing where there are no strokes in particular. With days and revolutions, interest, and understanding it has become one of the most popular sports on this planet. Yet one of the toughest and most complex to learn. Sports science and physical education have been blessing us with a core understanding of the nature of sports. We are getting to know the facts and mechanical and human ways to improve one’s skills simultaneously with training. Scientifically, it is a part of sports biomechanics—a subject with little complex subject matter with not-so-friendly knowledge. However, the dissemination of facts is important in many scenarios. With that point of view, it was pursued to provide easy, comprehensive knowledge to everyone of different capacities of understanding.
