Author(s): Satyant Kumar
Abstract:While academically this system assumes a very vital role in achieving knowledge and sharpening the mind, it becomes fundamental in the general maintenance of the health of any learner or researcher: psych, somatic, and social. This simply means that while academically better performances of learning and generally good well-being should provide good habits rather than an awareness of content learned alone. This is an environmental study conducting to critically assess the environment through activity, body, mental health, and nutrition. The mixed methods research is about current practices in all types of institutions and the outcomes in terms of scholastic and personal performance. Results present an integrated approach to health properly correlated with higher engagement and resiliency and even more success. Suggestions for sustainable, hence more inclusive health promoting policies are given to nudge higher academic institutions in the direction of holistic growth.
