Effects of eating attitudes, mood states and competitive behaviour among team game players and individual game players (Sports women rural)

Abstract:The present study was done to find out the effects of eating attitudes, mood states and competitive behaviour among sports women rural. The analysis of data, findings, and discussion of findings are the topics covered in this study. The researcher have used all aspects of the research process, including the sample and its selection, appropriate instruments, and acceptable statistical procedures for data organisation and analysis, in order to meet the study's objectives. A standardised survey designed to gather data on the impact of eating attitudes, mood states, and competitive behaviour in female athletes. The data that was collected through various 300 subjects (150 + 150 females) were selected randomly belonging to the age of 18 to 22 years from different colleges of Haryana State University.
