Impact of yoga on mental health of old age peoples

Abstract:The word “Yoga” comes from Sanskrit word root “Yuj” which means “to join” or “yoke”. Yoga is an ancient Indian science which creates by our ancestor for bringing harmony between mind and body. Yoga is one of the important medium to enhance mental health. Mental health is a level of psychological well-being, or an absence of a mental disorder. Due to aging process increase problems of face stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problem, mood disorder. The study will help old age people to maintain their mental health.
