The thirty subject were divided into three equal groups. The experimental group-1 (n=10, ST
b ET) underwent strength training before endurance training, the experimental group-2 (n=10, ST
a ET) underwent strength training after endurance training and group 3 served as control group (n=10, CG).The power was chosen as criterion variables and tested by stnding broad jump. The selected two treatment group’s were performed three days in a week for the period of nine weeks, as per the stipulated training program. The power was tested before and after the training period. The collected pre and post data was critically analyzed with apt statistical tool of oneway analysis of co-variance. The ability of power have show better in both treatment groups than the control group.
