Abstract:To find out the significant differences between female National level and State level hockey players on the variable Self-Acceptance. For the purpose of the present study, thirty (N=30) female National level (N
1=15) and State level (N
2=15) level hockey players between the age group of 17-25 years were selected. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 14.0 was used for all analyses. Student’s t-test was used to assess the between group differences. For testing the hypotheses, the level of significance was set at 0.05. The calculated t value is smaller than critical value (0.0741<2.048), so the means are not significantly different.
