Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the Principal views on job profile of Physical educate teachers working in school in NCR region. The subjects were 25 school administrators of NCR region. It was hypothesized that the Administrators have positive views on job description of Physical education teacher working in school in NCR region. The collection of data was done with the help of Questionnaire method. The investigator prepared a questionnaire comprising of 19 statement based on a very simple pattern viz. Yes/ No. The analysis of data was done by using descriptive percentage method. The statistical finding of the present study revealed that Majority of School Principals and Administrators had positive views towards job description of Physical Education teacher.
