They were named into two groups which was Yoga practicing students (YPS) considered as Group I and Bharatanatyam practicing students (BPS) considered as group II. Speed is the criterion variable which was measured by 50 mts dash. Flexibility was measured by ‘V’ sit reach test. The collected data were statistically analysed by ‘t’ test. The data were analyzed by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The level of confidence was fixed at 0.05 level of significance. From the results of the study it concluded that there is significant difference between YPS and BPS on flexibility.
